Is there to get rid of t his yet...cuz its terrible...Or some sort of option to disable it...

A lot of new options they added was terrible (like the cancel button at the end of target bar). Pretty expected of Anet to fail.

You could always ignore it and tab to the red dot you want, just as you would do normally. In other words, don't use it.
